Matija Markovic, LL.M.

Matija Marković is a Senior Associate at Doklestić Repić & Gajin, where he advises international and domestic clients on corporate and commercial matters. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and general corporate advisory, including corporate structuring, regulatory matters and day-to-day commercial issues. He advises multinational companies and investors doing business in Serbia and the Western Balkans.

Prior to focusing primarily on corporate work, Matija gained extensive experience in dispute resolution and employment law, and also worked on insolvency-related matters. This background enables him to approach transactions with a strong understanding of litigation exposure, workforce considerations and regulatory risks that may arise in complex corporate matters. He has advised clients across a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing and consumer goods.

Matija holds an LL.M. degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He is fluent in English.
